SHIPPING
The Site offers various shipping options within the United States and its territories through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express. We strive to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. Please remember that once Christmas in Color drops off your package at the post office or a Federal Express office, we have no control over the delivery speed. We provide a tracking number with every order which will provide you with the delivery information. Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Christmas in Color. Please remember that our items are handcrafted. As a result, there may be variations from the photos on our website.
RETURNS
If an undamaged item is to be returned to us, we must receive notification via email or telephone within 3 days of the date of delivery of the item. You will be issued an authorization number. The item must be in sellable condition with all parts, original packing material, and box. It should be repackaged in the original shipping carton or a shippable carton and properly sealed. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will credit the amount for the returned items less the restocking fees to your form of payment upon its return.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
All of our items are personally inspected by our staff before shipping. We take great care to pack our products securely to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If your package does arrive damaged, keep everything including the packaging and notify us immediately. Contact info@christmasincolor.com or 1(855) 725-1225 within 3 business days from the date of delivery so we can file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and issue you a refund or replacement.
